If you choose to Sign up, we will collect your user name, email address and other preference information you provide us.  If you choose a third-party service, like Facebook Sign in, to Sign up or Sign in, you are permitting us to use and store that information related to the account your name, email address and id (Auto generate requirement number).

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use our products and services or provide ARGOS LABS with your personal data.

 

When you create an account, make a purchase, request services, participate in campaigns or otherwise interact with us, we may ask for information such as user name, email address, feedback, information relating to your devices, age, gender, and language,.
We also maintain records of your consents, preferences and settings relating to, for example, location data, marketing and sharing of personal data.

ARGOS LABS does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor is attempting to submit personal information, we will remove this information from our records. If you are the parent/legal guardian of a minor who has given us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may change these terms (including the ARGOS Low-code/RPA License) at any time and, if we make changes, we will take reasonable steps to let our Subscribers know about the changes. You can also keep track of whether changes have been made to our terms by referring to the version and effective date at the header of the terms. If you continue to use ARGOS Low-code/RPA after the changes are made, then you will be agreeing to the changes regardless of the amount of time which has elapsed.
